How to Enroll
In order to confirm your son's spot for the 25-26 school year, there are several steps you will need to take. Below, we have listed the steps in order. If you have only one legally responsible household, please click 'One Household'. If you have two legally responsible households, please click 'Two Households'.

Enrollment Process
Please follow the steps below in order, do not skip ahead.

Your decision will be available in the application status portal and sent to you via email. If applicable, your tuition assistance letter will also be accessible in the portal.

Once you choose to enroll, you can access the enrollment contract through a link in the status portal.

After you submit the contract, you will receive an email confirming that the admissions office has approved your signature. Please note this email will not be immediate, as the admissions office manually reviews each submission. This email will also inform you that a second email is on its way.

The second email will come from Sydney Woodward (sydney_woodward@woodberry.org) and will include instructions for logging into Blackbaud, our student information system. In Blackbaud, you will:

Sign the tuition contract.

Set up Tuition Management (for tuition payments).

Complete post-enrollment forms.

Access the parent portal.

Blackbaud will be your primary system for checking grades, making payments, and more throughout your son's time at Woodberry. Please note that your son's enrollment will not be complete until all required forms in Blackbaud are submitted.
